Project Lead
As a Project Lead you will:

Manage day to day operations including scheduling and making sure projects stay on schedule and are completed in a timely manner

Organize the purchases of material and equipment as well as performing day to day tasks as needed to complete projects

Document additional work that is needed to complete projects
-
Receive opportunities for advancement within the company

Receive competitive pay starting at $18 - $25 dollars per hour depending on experience
What we are looking for:

Someone who can keep an open line of communication with company managers and clients
-
Ability to manage others as well as be motivated and have the ability to motivate team members
-
Must have knowledge of OSHA programs, practices, and procedures
-
Must be able to read technical manuals, blueprints, and various maintenance and repair documents
-
This candidate should have a firm grasp on all aspects of residential construction
-
Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written with vendors, employees, and customers
-
The correct candidate must be punctual and able to make decisions on the fly
-
Be able to pass a physical and hold a valid drivers license
-
The correct candidate is self-motivated and able to take constructive criticism while maintaining a positive work attitude
-
2 years of related experience or equivalent relevant work experience required
As a Skilled Laborer, you will:
-
Perform various manual labor tasks requiring some specialized skills to assist in the work of skilled tradesmen and craftsmen
-
Load and unload trucks; unpack and store supplies and equipment, takes periodic inventories of supplies and equipment
-
Regularly lift or move all types of materials in difficult work positions.

Receive opportunities for advancement within the company.
What we are looking for:
-
Associate's degree in Technology or trade school is Prefered.

6 months of related experience or equivalent relevant work experience required.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Must have knowledge of OSHA programs, practices, and procedures.

Must be able to read technical manuals, blueprints, and various maintenance and repair documents.

Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written with vendors, employees, and customers.

Strong technical skills in framing, drywall, painting, trim, and tile.

Ability to proficiently measure and read a tape measure.
-
Must be able to pass a physical and drug screening.
-
The correct candidate is self-motivated and able to take direction while maintaining a positive work attitude.
