Project Lead

​

​

As a Project Lead you will: 

  • Manage day to day operations including scheduling and making sure projects stay on schedule and are completed in a timely manner

  • Organize the purchases of material and equipment as well as performing day to day tasks as needed to complete projects

  • Document additional work that is needed to complete projects

  • Receive opportunities for advancement within the company

  • Receive competitive pay starting at $18 - $25 dollars per hour depending on experience

What we are looking for:

  • Someone who can keep an open line of communication with company managers and clients

  • Ability to manage others as well as be motivated and have the ability to motivate team members 

  • Must have knowledge of OSHA programs, practices, and procedures

  • Must be able to read technical manuals, blueprints, and various maintenance and repair documents

  • This candidate should have a firm grasp on all aspects of residential construction

  • Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written with vendors, employees, and customers

  • The correct candidate must be punctual and able to make decisions on the fly

  • Be able to pass a physical and hold a valid drivers license  

  • The correct candidate is self-motivated and able to take constructive criticism while maintaining a positive work attitude

  • 2 years of related experience or equivalent relevant work experience required

As a Skilled Laborer, you will: 

  • Perform various manual labor tasks requiring some specialized skills to assist in the work of skilled tradesmen and craftsmen

  • Load and unload trucks; unpack and store supplies and                equipment, takes periodic inventories of supplies and equipment

  • Regularly lift or move all types of materials in difficult work positions.

  • Receive opportunities for advancement within the company.

What we are looking for:

  • Associate's degree in Technology or trade school is Prefered. 

  • 6 months of related experience or equivalent relevant work experience required.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

  • Must have knowledge of OSHA programs, practices, and procedures.

  • Must be able to read technical manuals, blueprints, and various maintenance and repair documents.

  • Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written with vendors, employees, and customers.

  • Strong technical skills in framing, drywall, painting, trim, and tile.

  • Ability to proficiently measure and read a tape measure.

  • Must be able to pass a physical and drug screening. 

  • The correct candidate is self-motivated and able to take direction while maintaining a positive work attitude.
